How this works

Use the tool locally, download the result, and contact VNG only when this needs to become a repeatable workflow.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add one or more PDFs

Drop your files in. Every page is rendered as a thumbnail right in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

  2. 2

    Arrange the pages

Move pages up or down to reorder (or merge files), rotate any page 90°, and delete pages you do not need.

  3. 3

    Download the new PDF

Export a single organized PDF with your exact page order and rotations.

Frequently asked questions

Do my PDFs get uploaded?

No. Both the page previews (via PDF.js) and the final export (via pdf-lib) run entirely in your browser. Check DevTools → Network — no file is sent anywhere.

Can I combine multiple PDFs?

Yes. Add several PDFs and their pages all appear in one list — reorder across files and export a single merged PDF.

Can it split a PDF?

Delete the pages you do not want and export — that gives you a split/extracted PDF. A dedicated split mode is on the roadmap.

Does it work on encrypted PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first. Standard PDFs work directly.
